How do credits work?
Every video or image you generate costs credits. The cost depends on the model, the length and the resolution you pick, and it is shown before you press generate, so you always know what a clip will cost.
How many credits does a zombie love story video cost?
It depends on the length you choose. The generator shows the exact credit cost before you start, and you pay per clip, so no subscription is required.
Is Zombie AI free?
New accounts get free signup credits to look around and try the generator, but they are usually not enough for a full zombie video. To make clips, buy a one-time credit package or choose a monthly plan.
What is the difference between a plan and a credit package?
A monthly plan refills your credits every month, and subscription credits expire at the end of each monthly credit period. A credit package is a one-time payment, and its credits never expire.
What happens if a render fails?
Its credits are refunded to your account automatically, so you do not pay for a clip that did not finish.
What is your refund policy?
Failed renders refund their credits automatically. You can also request a full refund within 7 days of a payment if none of the credits it added have been used: email support@zombieai.net with your account email and receipt number.
Can I cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. Cancel in Settings under Billing. The next renewal stops, and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Can I use the videos commercially?
Yes. Every plan and every credit package includes a commercial license.
Which AI models can I use with my credits?
All of them: the zombie video generator, plus models such as Seedance, Kling, MiniMax and Wan for other videos and images. Each model shows its own credit cost before you generate.
Is there a Zombie AI app to download?
No. Zombie AI runs in the browser on Mac, Windows and Linux, with nothing to install and no GPU of your own required.
